Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 30, 2025

Last Updated: November 30, 2025

Welcome to our website. By accessing or using this site and purchasing or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

Refunds &
Cancellations

Financial Picture

Because services are personalized and scheduled, refunds are not available once on-boarding or planning work has begun.

  • If a client wishes to request a refund before on-boarding is completed and before any planning work has started, refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, minus a $150 operational setup fee, which covers reserved advisor time and system preparation.

  • Clients who are past 14 days since purchase or who have started on-boarding may opt for 100% credit toward services used within 6 months.

  • Non-response, failure to submit required information, or choosing not to proceed after scheduling does not qualify for a refund, as planning time has already been allocated.

We encourage clients to reach out if they feel paused or overwhelmed. Our priority is helping you restart with clarity, not cancel your progress.

Financial Path Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions to Ashton Robinson Consulting's Financial Path are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and may be canceled at any time by the client.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Access to subscription benefits remains active through the end of the current billing period.

  • No future charges will be processed once cancellation succeeds.

  • Payments already processed for the current month are not eligible for refund, as membership access and planning resources have already been made available for that period.

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel by:

  • Navigating to their account on the website and selecting cancel membership, or

  • Contacting support at least 3 business days before the next billing date if they need assistance with cancellation.

Advisor-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a membership if:

  • The program is used in bad faith

  • There is abusive communication or behavior

  • Repeated attempts occur to extract 1:1 planning time or deliverables without completing required steps

In this case, clients retain access only through the end of the billing period with no refund.

Billing & Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for confirming cancellation is completed successfully in their portal.

  • You may opt to pause engagement or resume later at the current subscription rate, if available.

Restart-Friendly Support

We understand life can interrupt progress. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, reach out — we’re here to help you restart forward motion, not rewind it.

Services &
Personalization

All services provided are custom, personalized, and delivered 1:1 or to households based on individual financial situations, goals, and data shared by the client. Recommendations, projections, and planning strategies are built using client-provided information and third-party planning tools and exclusively have the client's best interest in mind. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as financial results depend on market behavior, tax law, personal follow-through, timing, and external economic factors.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take client privacy seriously.

  • Personal information is not sold or shared except with:

    • Third-party planning software used to generate financial plans

    • Secure document sharing systems directly tied to delivering paid services

    • Written client consent

Clients may request written proof of data deletion or account closure when discontinuing service.

Communication & Support

Clients may communicate feeling overwhelmed or paused at any time. We will do our best to support a restart, but timeline delays from client non-submission do not qualify for refunds or liability claims.
